This high-energy class blends strength, endurance, and functional movement for a full-body burn. You will rotate through bodyweight exercises, dumbbell and kettlebell work and short bursts of HIIT to boost cardio and build lean muscle. Expect low-impact options with just a little jumping -enough to challenge you but never overwhelm. Designed to be fun, effective and accessible for all levels. This class will leave you feeling strong, energized and accomplished.
